Raw Material Productioni
In the raw material manufacturing department standardized formula PVC granules are made. The raw materials are used and produced in our own production and offered to our customers. Various types of PVC compound and dry-blend mixtures for both extrusion and injection moulding.
Design
Extrusion dies, calibration kits and tools for post-production purposes are produced in our own structure. (CAD/CAM)
Extrusion
Manufacturing with production lines of various types and sizes of single and twin screw extruders.
All kinds of on-going or post-extrusion applications such as hole punching, slitting, hot patterning, adhesive tape applications, writing, labeling can be made. Also trim works and bevel cutting on special semi-finished products and profiles can be requested.
Co-Ex and / or custom profiles that contain metal inserts, extrusion coating wire is carried out.
